Shipping policy

We currently ship all over Karachi. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 days of dispatch.
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping option. Cash on Delivery orders may include an additional handling note, as specified at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via email/SMS where available. Hippoclo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
